This image is absolutely fantastic! It's certainly a treat for the eyes! The first thing I noticed was the rendering of the fabric on Orihime's clothing. I can only imagine how long that must have taken. Not only are the folds so smooth and accurate, the textures and patterns just give the image a whole new sense of depth and dimension. I must say that this is probably the most detailed picture in her whole gallery. The 15 hours of work most certainly shows.
The second thing that caught my eye was the details in the flesh and hair. They still have the beauty of a 2-D feel but they are extremely detailed. I love how smooth their skin appears, it just adds so much to that mood of romance. I'd also like to note how accurate the proportions of the body are. The hands look great and so does the rest of their figures. The only thing that's bugging me slightly is their faces but I think she drew them in a moment when they were about to kiss so that would explain why they look slightly awkward.
I have one suggestion though. Maybe the background could be a little less blurry. I know that they are the main focus and she's done that to emphasize them but I think that the image would look better of the background were a bit clearer.
